Contact UsSettings has two halves. My Account is yours alone. Organization covers your locations, your people and your billing, and needs an Admin.
Manage your profile, your team, your locations, and billing.
Settings is two different jobs on one page, and the menu says so. My Account is about you: your name, your password, what WashUp emails you. Organization is about the company: which sites exist, who works at them, and what you pay.
A Team Member opening Settings sees only the first half. That's the quickest way to understand the split.

Billing is Super Admin only. Ask your Account Owner, or see I can't see Billing in Settings.
Both, depending. Roles and billing are company-wide, while a location's details and its assigned users belong to that site.
Yes. My Account is available to everyone, so anyone can change their own password, PIN and notifications.
