Every site on your account, in one list. It's where a location's details live and where you decide who works there.
What you'll need
- Only Admins and Super Admins open Locations. Team Members see their own sites under Assigned Locations instead.
- Open it under Settings, then Locations in the Organization section.
What is Locations?
A location is one wash. It holds its own bays, inspections, task lists, services and schedule, and none of that is shared with your other sites.
This page is the index of those sites, plus the settings that describe each one: the address, the timezone, and the people assigned to it.
What you can do with Locations
- Search your sites, and open one to edit its Location Settings.
- Set the address and the timezone, which decides when a day starts and ends at that wash.
- See and change who's assigned, on the location's Users tab.
- Change the company name, which appears across the whole account.
- Put the sites in the order you want with Rearrange Locations.
Adding a site is something we do for you
There's no button here to create a location. Ask WashUp and we'll add it, then this page is where you finish setting it up. See Set up a new location.
NoteA location with no timezone set signs its users straight back out. If people at one site keep landing on the login page, check its timezone first.

Common questions
Can I add a location myself?
No. Contact WashUp and we'll create the site, then you fill in its details and assign your team.
Why does the order matter?
It sets the order sites appear in the location picker, so put the ones you switch between most at the top.
Does the role column on a location show someone's real role?
No. That column isn't a person's company role, so check Users and Roles for the role that actually applies.
