I can't see a location

I can't see a location

You are most likely not assigned to it. Check Settings > Assigned Locations, then ask an Admin to add you from the location's Assigned Users tab.

September 28, 2026

The location picker only lists locations you're assigned to. Check Settings > Assigned Locations first—if the site isn't there, an Admin has to add you.

If you are not assigned to the location

Most common by far. Settings > Assigned Locations is a read-only list of your sites. An empty page reads No assigned locations.

An Admin or Super Admin can fix it from either end.

To assign someone to a location:

  1. Select Settings > Locations, then the location.
  2. Select the Assigned Users tab, then Assign User.
  3. Tick the people to add and select Assign Users.

They can also open the person under Settings > Users and Roles and use Add Location.

A new assignment doesn't reach you mid-session. Sign out and back in and the location appears in the picker.

NoteIf you're a Super Admin, Assigned Locations lists every location in your company, assigned to you or not. The picker in the top bar lists only the ones you're actually assigned to, so the two can disagree.

If the location was deactivated

A deactivated location stays in your list, but opening it lands you on This location has been deactivated. Select Reactivate Location on that page to send the request.

If you are a Service Partner technician

Technicians see only the customer locations they hold an assignment for. Partner admins see all of them. Ask your partner admin to add the assignment, or to make it company-wide.

If the role on the Assigned Users table looks wrong

That table shows each person's company-wide role, and the Update Role control beside it changes that company-wide role—not their role at this one location. Changing it there changes their access everywhere.
