How to edit location details

Introduction

Keeping your location details accurate is essential for managing day-to-day operations within WashUp. This guide shows you how to update location information and manage location-specific settings.

Step 1: Accessing Locations

1. Sign in to your WashUp account.
2. Click on your profile located in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
3. Select Locations from the settings menu.

Step 2: Selecting a Location to Edit

1. From the list of locations, find the location you want to update.
2. Click on the location to open its settings.

Step 3: Updating Location Information

You can update the following location details as needed:

• Location Name
• Street Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Timezone

Make sure all information is accurate before saving.

Step 4: Saving Your Changes

1. Review the updated details carefully.
2. Click Update Location to apply your changes.

Important Notes & Tips- The location Timezone is critical for accurate scheduling and time-stamped reporting
- Ensure addresses are accurate for mapping and GPS services used by your team or customers
- Use clear, consistent naming conventions for locations (for example: Downtown or Site 3)
