The company name sits above all your locations, so changing it is a change everyone sees. WashUp asks you to confirm before it applies.
What you'll need
- Only Admins and Super Admins can change it.
Change the name
To rename your company:
- Select your name in the lower-left corner, then Settings.
If you don't see it, open the side menu first.
- Select Locations. The page is headed Location Settings.
- In the Company Name card, select Edit.
- Type the new name and select Save.
- Read Confirm Company Name Change and select Confirm Change.
What it affects
The card says it plainly: changing the company name updates it across all locations in your organization. Individual location names aren't touched, so a company renamed from Smith Wash to Shine Co still has its Tunnel and Self-Serve sites called what they were.
Good to know- This is the company, not a location. To rename one site, edit that location instead.
- The change applies once you confirm. There's no separate save afterwards.
- Cancel in the confirmation window backs out without changing anything.
Common questions
Can I change it back?
Yes. Run the same steps again. Nothing is lost either way.
Does this rename my locations?
No. Location names are separate and stay as they are.
Will my team be notified?
No. They'll see the new name the next time they load a page.
