How to change your company name

Introduction

Your company name is used throughout the WashUp platform, including in system communications and account-related records. This guide walks you through updating your organization’s name.
Note: This action requires administrator permissions.

Step 1: Accessing Organization Settings

1. Sign in to your WashUp account with Admin or Super Admin privileges.
2. Click on your profile located in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
3. In Settings, select the Locations tab.

Step 2: Editing Company Information

1. In the Location Settings section, locate the Company Name field.
2. Click Edit next to the company name.
3. Enter the updated company name.

Step 3: Confirming Your Changes

1. Review the updated name to ensure it’s correct.
2. Click Save to apply the change.

Important Notes & Tips- Only users with Super Admin or Admin roles can change the company name
- Historical records and previously issued documents will retain the original company name
- Notify your team before making the change to avoid confusion
- Ensure the updated name matches your official business registration for legal and billing accuracy
