Already running WashUp at one site? Copy its bays, equipment, inspections and task lists to the next one instead of building them again.
The second site is the easy one. Most of what you built at the first wash copies across, so the job is choosing what to bring and what to set fresh.
This guide assumes the location already exists in your account and its details are filled in. If it doesn't, start with Set up a new location.

Step 1: Switch on the same modules
Modules are enabled per location, so a site that's new to your account doesn't inherit what your other sites have. Select each module you need in the side menu and use Contact Sales to Add on the page that opens.
Do this before copying anything. An inspection can't come across to a site that doesn't have Inspections.
Step 2: Copy the bays and their equipment
On the new site's My Wash, open Duplicate a location from the empty state, or Duplicate from Another Bay in the Add Equipment menu.
The panel runs in three steps: pick the bay you're copying from, choose where it lands, then choose what comes with it under Include with equipment:

You can create the destination bay inline rather than building it first, and one copy can send the same bay to several sites.
The panel is honest about its limits. Some details won't be duplicated lists the fields that are specific to each physical unit, serial numbers among them, so expect to fill those in per site.
Step 3: Copy your task lists
Task lists don't travel with the bay copy. On the new site's Tasks page, open Duplicate From Another Location and pick Duplicate Routine List or Duplicate Situational List. Choose the source location and list, name the copy, and set Task Aging.
Two things to know. Task Aging is your chance to change that setting, because it's locked once a list exists. And a duplicated list drops any inspection its tasks were linked to, since inspections belong to a bay at one site. Relink them here once step 2 is done.
Step 4: Assign the team and check notifications
Nobody sees a location until they're assigned to it. Open the location under Settings, then Locations, and add your people on the Assigned Users tab. Copy User Invite Link at the top of the page gives you a link for anyone without an account yet.
Assigning someone switches on every notification for the new site. Tell your team to review theirs, or a manager covering four washes starts getting four times the email.
What's next?
- Walk the new site and photograph the equipment—copied records carry the first site's photos, which won't match what's actually installed here.
- Check the serial numbers and install dates—these don't copy, and they're what a warranty claim needs.
- Run the first inspection—catch what the build crew left behind before a customer does.
