Add a feature to your plan

Add a feature to your plan

Modules are switched on per location. Open the one you want at the site that needs it and use Contact Sales to Add.

September 28, 2026

WashUp is built from modules, and each one is switched on for a location rather than for your whole company. Adding one starts inside the app, on the page for the module you want.

What you'll need

  • Nothing. Anyone can open the page and send the form, though a Super Admin usually handles the account side.

Ask for a module

To add a module at a location:

  1. Use the location picker to move to the site that needs it.
  2. Select the module in the side menu.
  3. On the page that opens, select Contact Sales to Add that module.
  4. Fill in the Contact Sales form and send it.

WashUp gets in touch about adding it to that site.

What the page tells you

Each module has its own version of the page: a label such as INSPECTIONS, a headline, a list of what the module does for a wash, and the button. Inspections opens with Catch issues before your customer does, which is a fair summary of why you'd add it.

Learn more about the module, beside the button, opens that feature's page on washup.solutions if you want the longer version before asking.

Modules are per location, not per company

This catches people out. Having Inspections at your tunnel site doesn't give you Inspections at the self-serve site down the road. Each location is added separately, and each one can run a different set.

So check the location picker before you conclude a module is missing. You may already have it one site over.

Good to know
  • Chat behaves differently. It has no side-menu entry, so you reach its page through the chat icon in the header.
  • A module that's off keeps its side-menu entry, so nothing looks wrong until you select it.
  • Turning a module on doesn't set it up. Inspections arrives empty, and somebody still has to build the lists.

Common questions

Can I switch a module on myself?

No. Modules are enabled on WashUp's side, which is what the form starts.

Who can do this?

Anyone can send the form. Billing questions go to a Super Admin, since only they reach the billing portal.

Does adding it at one site add it everywhere?

No. Each location is separate, so ask for each site that needs it.
