Four things in WashUp copy. Knowing which ones cross a location boundary tells you what you can reuse at a new site and what you have to build again.

Equipment
The copy flow reaches every bay in the company, so a tunnel you set up last year is a source for the site you opened last week.
Name, the equipment type, Manufacturer, Model and Notes come across. Serial Number and Install Date are left blank on every copy, because they describe one physical unit. Photos, inspections and documents are three separate switches under Include with equipment.
Archived equipment is never copied. See Copy equipment to another bay or location.
Inspections
There's no button to copy an inspection on its own. Inspections move only when you copy equipment with the Inspections switch on.
When they do, they append rather than replace. WashUp looks for an inspection with the same name at the destination and adds the copied items to whatever it already holds. Copy the same bay in twice and you extend one inspection instead of getting two.
Task lists
A list copies in either direction, and neither changes the original.
- Pull: from the list library, Duplicate From Another Location brings a list from another site into the one you're in.
- Push: open a list and Duplicate Task List copies it to as many other locations as you tick, under one new name.
Each copy is independent from then on. A linked inspection doesn't survive the trip, because inspections belong to a bay at one site. See Duplicate a task list between locations.
Schedules
Copy Week repeats a week you've already built at the same location, forward in time. There's no way to copy a roster from one site to another—the people are different, so the shifts would be too.
Services
Services don't copy. A service is attached to one piece of equipment at one location, so a new site needs its own, even when the pumps are identical. Build them once at the new location and they repeat on their own from there.
Good to know- Copying equipment with Inspections on can quietly lengthen an inspection that's already in use at the destination. Check it afterwards.
- A task list copied to another location keeps its task text and options but arrives with no inspection attached.
- Serial numbers and install dates are always blank on a copy. Fill them in per unit, or your service history points at the wrong machine.
