Contact UsMy Schedule is your own shifts, and the place you ask for time off or set the hours you're never free. Everyone gets it, whatever their role.
Your own shifts, on their own page. It's the part of the Scheduler everyone has, whatever their role.
Every other Scheduler page is about the whole team. This one is about you: the shifts you're on, and the two ways you tell your manager when you can't work.
It's the printed roster taped by the time clock, except it's only your line of it, and you can answer back.
Your manager publishes the week → Your shifts appear → You request time off → They approve or deny
An unpublished week shows you nothing. That's deliberate: a manager can build next week, move it around all afternoon, and you only see it once they've decided.
Open Schedule in the side menu. View My Schedule is your own shifts, and Time-Off & Availability is where you file and track requests.
Admins and Super Admins have the same two items, below the ones for building the schedule and working the queue.
The week probably isn't published yet. Shifts stay hidden from the team until a manager publishes, so check with whoever builds your roster.
Yes. View Schedule shows the published week for the location, not just your line of it.
Yes, while it's still pending. Once it's approved or denied, ask your manager to change the decision.
