Contact UsThe week probably isn't published. Team Members only see published shifts, and moving a shift after you publish quietly un-publishes it.
Four things keep a schedule hidden: it was never published, a change un-published it, the person isn't on that location's grid, or the Employee Scheduler isn't on for the location.
Team Members only ever see published shifts and events. On Create Schedule, the Publish button in the upper-right corner carries a count of everything still waiting. Select it, then Publish Schedule.
Changing the start or end time of a published shift sets it back to unpublished, with no prompt. It stops showing for your team until somebody publishes again.
The count on Publish goes up the moment it happens, so glance at it after any reshuffle. On the grid, each entry is labelled Published or Not Published.
They're either not assigned to that location, or they've been hidden. Select Actions > Employee Display Settings and check both lists—hiding someone takes them off that location's schedule, and the company-wide list takes them off every location's.
They won't have it. Team Members get Schedule with View Schedule, View My Schedule, and Time-Off & Availability under it. The building and approving items aren't shown to them, so point them at View Schedule.
The Employee Scheduler isn't switched on for that location. It's turned on per location, so check the location picker—you may have it at one site and not another.
