Contact UsBuild the week privately, publish it when it's right, and handle time off and availability in the same place your team already works.
Keep your team scheduled—and your wash covered. Build schedules, handle time off, and keep every shift covered.
It's the whiteboard in the break room, except nobody has to be standing in front of it. You build the week shift by shift, and nothing reaches your team until you publish it. Goodbye to the group text that starts with "who's opening Saturday".
Each location has its own schedule and its own shift types—opening, closing, and whatever else your wash runs.
Build the week → Publish → Your team sees it → Requests come in → Approve or deny
The calendar holds four kinds of entry.
| Entry | What it is |
|---|---|
| Shift | Somebody working a window at a location, always on a shift type |
| Time Off | A dated request to be off, approved or denied by an Admin |
| Availability | Recurring hours somebody is not free to work, which block shifts |
| Location Event | A site-wide entry like a staff meeting or a deep-clean day |
