There are two ways in. Your own account, or a shared device the whole crew signs into with a PIN.
What you'll need
- An invitation from someone at your company. WashUp accounts are created by an Admin, not signed up for.
Sign in with your account
To sign in:
- Go to the WashUp sign-in page.
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Password.
- Select Sign In.
You land on the Dashboard for whichever location you were last using.
If you've forgotten your password
Select Forgot Password? on the sign-in page and enter your email. WashUp sends a reset link that works for 72 hours. See Reset your password.
Sign in on a shared tablet
Washes that keep one device in the bay use SIGN IN AS LOCATION instead. The tablet signs in once with the location's own password, then each person picks their name and enters their 4-digit PIN.
That way the work is still credited to whoever did it, without anybody typing an email address with wet hands. See Location Login on a shared tablet.
Good to know- WashUp needs a connection. There's no offline mode, so a spot with no signal won't load.
- Your name only appears in the tablet's user list once you've set a PIN under Settings, then Security.
- The app and the browser use the same account, so a password change applies to both.
Common questions
Can I sign myself up?
No. An Admin or Super Admin at your company invites you, and you set your own password from that invitation.
Why does it say my company is deactivated?
Do I need the app?
No. WashUp runs in any browser. The app adds push notifications and a home-screen icon.
