Contact UsService Partner is the workspace for a company that maintains washes it doesn't own—every customer you cover, on one dashboard.
You service washes you don't own. Service Partner is your own workspace in WashUp: every customer your organization is authorized for on one dashboard, your own team of Admins and Technicians, and a way into each customer's account to do the work.
Think of it as the key ring for the shops on your route. Every customer WashUp authorizes adds a key. You carry your own badge into all of them—your name and your organization show up on the work you complete there.
Your workspace sits alongside your customers, not inside one of them. A customer company has its own locations, users and billing. Your organization has none of that; what it has is a list of the customers it may reach.
WashUp authorizes a customer → Assign your team to it → Log In As → Do the work → Log out back to your dashboard
Example: a customer's top brush keeps getting flagged. The technician who covers that site logs in to the customer's account, opens the attention item, puts the brush on a service schedule, and leaves. The record stays with the customer.
Both roles can do exactly the same things inside a customer account. They differ in which customers they reach, and in who runs the organization.
