What a Service Partner can do in a customer account

What a Service Partner can do in a customer account

Inside a customer account a Service Partner works like an Admin in My Wash, Inspections, Services and Tasks. Incidents, Chat and the Scheduler stay closed.

September 28, 2026

A Service Partner is brought in to set a site up and keep it running, so inside a validated Log In As the partner gets admin-level rights in the modules that describe the wash and the work. The customer's own people, money and liability records stay out of reach.

Both partner roles get the same set. A Technician and a Service Partner Admin can do identical things inside a customer account—what differs is which customers and locations each one can open.

Settings inside a customer account

A partner sees only the Organization side of the customer's Settings: Locations, Users and Roles, and a read-only Service Partner page naming the organization that services them. My Account is hidden, because you manage your own profile, security and PIN in your own workspace.

Good to know
  • Your access is re-checked on every page. When a customer's authorization ends you're returned to your own Dashboard with Your access to that customer has ended.
  • Adding a location isn't something a partner can do. Contact WashUp to have a new site created for the customer.
  • A Technician reaches only the customers they're assigned to; a Service Partner Admin reaches every customer the organization is authorized for.
