My Wash is the map of your site. Set up your bays and areas, list the equipment in each one, and the rest of WashUp runs off it.
No two car washes are laid out the same way. My Wash is where you describe yours: the bays and areas that make up the site, and the equipment in each one. Inspections, Services, and Tasks all pull from it.
What you'll need
- Available on the Bundle plan, or on a Custom plan that includes Inspections or Services.
- Anyone can view My Wash and add equipment. Creating and editing bays is for Admins and Super Admins.
What is My Wash?
Think of it as the floor plan you'd sketch for a new hire, except the app reads it too. A wash bay or area is a place: Tunnel 1, the self-serve bays, the vacuum lot, the back room. Equipment is what's in that place: the top brush, the dryer, the pay station, the reclaim tank.
Once that's in, you're not typing equipment names into other modules by hand. You pick them from a list that matches what's actually on site.
What you can do with My Wash
- Lay out each bay and area with the names your team already uses.
- Keep a record for every item: manufacturer, model, serial number, and install date.
- Attach a photo to each item so anyone can tell at a glance which unit you mean.
- Add equipment one at a time, from a guided wizard, from a spreadsheet, or by copying a bay you've already set up.
- Archive an item that's gone without losing its service and inspection history.
- Export the list as a CSV or a PDF.
How it feeds the rest of WashUp

That's why setup order matters. Bays first, equipment second, then inspections and services on top.
Where to find it
Select My Wash in the side menu. Pick a bay from the switcher to see its equipment. Select any item to open Equipment Details, which has four tabs: Overview, History, Connections, and Files & Docs.
With no bays set up yet, the page offers three ways to start: Create blank, Duplicate a location, and Upload CSV.

Get started
Common questions
Can I delete a piece of equipment?
No. Archiving replaces deleting for ordinary equipment, so the service and inspection history survives.
Does this affect my other locations?
No. Bays and equipment belong to one location. Copying a bay is how you reuse a setup at another site.
Do I have to fill everything in before I can use the rest of WashUp?
No. A name and a bay are enough to attach an inspection or a service. The record fields can be filled in later.
