My Wash

Use the setup wizard in My Wash

Pick your bay type, tick what's installed, name it your way, and the wizard adds the whole equipment list in one go.

September 28, 2026

Typing out forty pieces of equipment one at a time is nobody's idea of a good morning. The wizard asks what kind of bay you're setting up, offers the equipment that usually goes in one, and adds what you tick.

What you'll need

  • Available on the Bundle plan, or on a Custom plan that includes Inspections or Services.
  • Anyone at the location can run the wizard. You don't need to be an Admin.
  • A wash bay or area to set up.

Run the wizard

To set up a bay's equipment:

  1. Select My Wash in the side menu, then the bay you're setting up.
  2. Select the caret beside Add Equipment, then Setup Wizard.
  3. On Select Wash Bay / Area, choose the one type that matches, then Continue.
  4. On Add Equipment, answer No or Yes per category, tick what's installed, and set how many you have.
  5. On Rename Your Equipment, change any name to what your team actually calls it.
  6. On Choose a Destination, tick the bays that should receive the list. Create a new one inline if you need to.
  7. Select Add to My Wash.

You'll see Added 24 items to Tunnel 1. when it's done, or a version naming each bay if you sent the list to several.

The six bay and area types

TypeWhat it covers
Tunnel / ExpressConveyor tunnel or express exterior wash
In-Bay AutomaticA single-bay rollover or gantry machine
Self-ServeCustomer wand bays
Pet WashSelf-serve pet wash stations
Customer / Vacuum Area / OtherVacuums and the customer-facing lot
Supply / Equipment / BackroomPumps, water treatment, reclaim, air, controls

Pick the closest one. What it offers is a starting point, and you can add or remove items afterward.

Good to know
  • Renaming is optional. The generated names work, so skipping it costs you nothing but clarity later.
  • The last step can send one list to matching bays at any of your locations, which is the fast way to set up four identical self-serve bays.
  • The equipment list is a fixed catalogue with no "Other" row. Anything unusual gets added afterward with Add Equipment.

Common questions

Can I undo this?

No. The wizard adds the equipment straight away, so remove anything you didn't want item by item.

Who can do this?

Anyone at the location. You don't need to be an Admin to run the wizard.

Can I change the names later?

Yes. Every item the wizard creates is ordinary equipment, so rename it any time from Edit Equipment.
