Download the template, fill in your equipment, upload it, and review before anything is created.
Already keep your equipment in a spreadsheet? Upload it instead of retyping it. The import shows you exactly what it's about to create before it creates anything.
What you'll need
- Available on the Bundle plan, or on a Custom plan that includes Inspections or Services.
- Anyone at the location can import. You don't need to be an Admin.
- The bay you're importing into, since every row lands in that one bay.
Import your equipment
To import from a spreadsheet:
- Select My Wash in the side menu, then the bay you're importing into.
- Select the caret beside Add Equipment, then CSV Upload.
- Select Download Template and fill it in.
- Drag your file onto Drag your CSV file here, or select the box to browse.
- Select Continue to Review.
- Check the rows, then confirm the import.
The review step tells you plainly that Nothing is created until you confirm. Anything that can't be imported is listed with a reason under Why it can't be imported. Back to Upload lets you fix the file and try again.
When it works you'll see Imported 34 pieces of equipment into Tunnel 1.
What goes in the file

Only name has to be filled in. Any other column in your file is ignored, so you can upload a spreadsheet you already keep without stripping it down.
- The import is all or nothing. If one row fails, nothing is created, so fix the file and upload it again rather than hunting for partial results.
- Files are capped at 5 MB and 1000 rows. Split a bigger list and run it twice.
- Every row goes into the bay you started from. There's no column for choosing a destination, so import one bay at a time.
Common questions
Can I undo this?
No. Once you confirm, the rows are created. Archive anything you didn't want, since ordinary equipment can't be deleted.
Who can do this?
Anyone at the location. Importing isn't limited to Admins.
Can I change the details later?
Yes. Every imported item is ordinary equipment, so open it and select Edit Equipment.
