Three features look alike from the outside because all three end with someone checking something off. The difference is what they're for: Inspections find problems, Services prevent them on a schedule, and Tasks keep the daily routine consistent. Most washes run all three.

Anyone at the location can run an inspection, complete a service, or check off a task. Building them is the Admin part.
How they work together
An inspection is how a problem gets found. Rate an item Red (Critical), Yellow (Needs Attention), or Green (Pass), and anything Red or Yellow becomes an Attention Item that stays open until someone resolves it.
Inspect → Flag Red or Yellow → Attention Item → Fix it → Resolve
Example: the morning walkthrough of Tunnel 1 turns up a worn wrap cloth. It's rated Yellow, which opens an Attention Item. Someone swaps the cloth, resolves the item, and the next inspection shows Green. A Service on the wrap set would have replaced the cloth on a schedule before it ever got that far.
Good to know- All three read from My Wash. Set up your bays and equipment there first, or there's nothing to inspect, service, or point a task at.
- Inspections don't run on a schedule of their own. To make a walkthrough happen at a set time, build a task and attach the inspection to it.
- Services cover Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. Tasks cover Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Neither offers the other's range, and neither offers a custom interval beyond repeating every few weeks or months.
