Every task carries a status, and WashUp works it out from the due date, the task's time frame, and the list's Task Aging setting. Nobody sets it by hand.
The colours run Red, Yellow, Green: Red is work that's late or gone, Yellow is work that's open right now, Green is work that's finished.

An incomplete task due today is also labelled Due Today in places that show a short label instead of a pill.
Where each status shows on the page
The Tasks page groups the day into sections, and the order changes with the date you're looking at.

Missed is collapsed on today's view when there's anything in it, so the day starts with the work you can still act on.
What blocks a task from being completed
- Its window hasn't opened. The task shows Ready at: with the time, and selecting it opens Task Not Ready, which tells you when it opens.
- Its window has closed. The circle is disabled, with the message that the time window has closed and the task can no longer be completed.
- An inspection is linked to it. The circle is disabled, with the message that you can only complete this task from the linked inspection.
Good to know- A Past Due task can still be completed. A Missed one can't, and there's no override.
- Completing a Past Due task on an aging list also clears the other unfinished copies of that same task, from its due date through today.
- On a task that repeats through the day, missing an earlier slot marks the later slots Missed as well, even if the earlier one is completed afterwards.
