Red means something needs attention right away, Yellow means it needs attention soon, and Green means it's handled. That holds everywhere in WashUp. What changes is the word printed on the badge.

Reading the odd ones
A few of these surprise people the first time:
- A Green service can mean two things. Scheduled and Completed are both Green, because neither one needs you today. The dryer service you finished and the one booked for next month look the same at a glance.
- Yellow is not always a warning. On a task, Upcoming is Yellow only because its window hasn't opened yet.
- Red on an incident is the newest one, not the worst one. Under Review means nobody has looked at the claim yet.
Good to know- A Denied incident shows Green, the same as Resolved. Both are finished, and the color is about whether the claim is still open, not about who won it.
- Missed and Past Due share the red badge in Tasks, but they mean opposite things: a Missed task is closed out because the list doesn't age, while a Past Due task is still waiting on you.
- Older inspections label Green as Completed rather than Pass. Same rating, older wording.
