Every item on an inspection gets one of three ratings. They mean the same thing in every bay and on every list.

The same rating, different words
WashUp uses color buttons while you're inspecting and words everywhere else. They line up like this.

The Report an Issue form skips the colors entirely and offers Needs Attention and Critical, which are Yellow and Red.
How numeric items are rated
On an item set up for a reading, you type a number instead of picking a color, and WashUp assigns the rating from the thresholds the item was built with. With Higher values are better, a reading at or above the Green threshold is Green, one at or above the Yellow threshold is Yellow, and anything lower is Red. With Lower values are better the comparisons flip.
Good to know- Green is the only rating that doesn't create follow-up work. Yellow and Red both open an Attention Item that stays open until someone resolves it.
- A note is required on any item you newly mark Yellow or Red. You can't save the run without one.
- Older inspection records may still label Green as Completed. It means the same as Passed.
