Intro to Insights

Intro to Insights

Insights is your reporting dashboard—around 150 analytics cards across Inspections, Services, Tasks, Incidents, Scheduler, and Users.

September 28, 2026

The Dashboard tells you what needs attention today. Insights tells you what's been happening over weeks and months, as a set of analytics cards you can filter and read.

What you'll need

  • Super Admin or Admin. Insights isn't shown to Team Members.
  • Service Partners see it too while working inside a customer account.

Open Insights

Select Insights at the bottom of the side menu. It opens on the reporting dashboard for your company.

A Team Member who reaches the page directly is sent back to the Dashboard with Access denied. Insufficient permissions.

What's in it

Around 150 cards, grouped the way the app is:

GroupWhat it covers
InspectionsPass rates, what gets flagged, how often runs happen
ServicesCompletion, overdue work, service history
TasksCompletion rates and the shape of your daily routine
IncidentsClaim volume, outcomes, and vehicles
SchedulerHours scheduled and requests
UsersWho is doing the work

How the filters behave

Three things are worth knowing before you read a number:

  • Your company is applied automatically. You only ever see your own organization's data.
  • Location, user, and date filters travel with you as you move between cards.
  • Dates use each location's own timezone, not one shared clock, so a day means a day at that wash.

Small numbers swing percentages hard. A bay with four inspections in a month moves from 75% to 100% on one result, so read short periods with that in mind.

Every card has its own guide

Each card has a page explaining how to read it: what the columns mean, which filters apply, the questions it answers, and why two numbers that look related might differ.

Insights lists every one of those guides in one place. Inspection Pass Rate shows what one looks like.

Common questions

Why can't my shift lead see Insights?

Insights is Admins and Super Admins only. Change their role if they need it, or pull the numbers for them.

Can I see all my locations at once?

Yes. The location filter is yours to set, so you can look at one site or compare several.

Why doesn't this match what I counted?

Check the date range and the location filter first, and remember dates follow each location's own timezone. Each card's own page explains where its numbers come from.
