Inspection run history

Every time someone runs an inspection, WashUp keeps the record: when it happened, who did it, how long it took, and the rating on every item. That's your proof of what was checked.

What you'll need

• Available on the Bundle plan, or on a Custom plan that includes Inspections.
• Anyone at the location can view run history. Only Admins and Super Admins can export it.

Open an inspection's history

To see past runs:

1. Select Inspections in the side menu, then the wash bay.
2. On the inspection's card, select Run History.

Inspection History lists runs newest first. Each row shows when it was performed, who performed it, and counts for Passed, Needs Attention, and Critical. Select View Details to open one.

What a run's detail shows

Inspection Summary gives the item counts, the inspector, the Duration, the Location, and the Wash Bay/Area.

Below it, Inspection Items lists every item with its rating, plus the note and photos on anything flagged. Each flagged item carries a pill saying how long ago the problem was first reported, so you can spot one that's been outstanding for a week. The All, Passed, Needs Attention, and Critical tabs narrow the list.

Narrow the list

Search by inspector or notes... matches the inspector's name and the text of any note. Select Filters for two more:

• Date Performed—All Time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 6 months, or Custom range with your own From and To dates.
• Performed By—one person, or All Users.

Then select Apply Filters, or Clear All Filters to start over.

Export to CSV

Admins and Super Admins get an Export button in the upper-right corner. On the history page it downloads every run currently showing, so whatever you filtered to is what you get. On a single run's page it downloads that run's summary plus a row per item.
