I can't see a task list

The tabs across the top of the Tasks page are the lists that have work due on the day you're looking at. A list with nothing due that day isn't hidden—it has nothing to show.

If it's a situational task list

This is the most common one. Building a situational list doesn't put anything in anyone's day: that's the point of it. The list stays parked until someone starts it.

Select One-Time, then the Use situational list tab, choose the list, tick the tasks, and select Import Selected Tasks. Your storm list for squeegeeing the entrance shows up the moment you do that, and not before. Situational lists also never appear on a future date.

If you're looking at the wrong day

Check the date button in the upper-right of the Tasks page. If it doesn't say Today, select Show Today.

Remember what Task Aging does here: a list with aging off resets every day, so yesterday's unfinished work doesn't carry into today. A list with aging on keeps showing until someone completes what's open.

If the Tasks page is an ad

If selecting Tasks lands you on a page headed "Run smoother shifts with digital checklists" with a Contact Sales to Add Tasks button, Tasks isn't switched on for the location you're in. It's set per location, so you can have it at one site and not another.

If you're in the wrong location

Task lists belong to one location. Switch locations with the picker at the top of the page and check again.

If the list is there but empty

Tasks built with Only allow Super Admins and Admins to view and complete this task are hidden from Team Members completely—not greyed out, gone. A list made up of those tasks shows as an empty tab. Ask an Admin whether the task is admin-only.
