Inspections

Find and filter attention items

All Attention Items lists every open issue at this location. Filter by status, progress, priority, area or owner, and find closed ones in Resolved History.

September 29, 2026

Flagged items pile up across the bays. All Attention Items puts every open one on a single list so you can work out what actually needs doing today.

Open the list

Select Inspections in the side menu, then All Attention Items. It's one continuous list for the location, newest first, whichever bay the issue came from.

An empty list reads You're all caught up, which means nothing is open rather than something being hidden.

Narrow the list

To filter attention items:

  1. Select Filters.
  2. Set any of the five filters you need.
  3. Select Apply Filters.

Clear All Filters resets everything.

FilterWhat it narrows
StatusHow bad the issue is
ProgressHow far along the work is
PriorityWhat you've decided to do about it
AreaThe wash bay or area it was flagged in
Assigned ToWho owns it, including Assigned to Me

Find something that's already fixed

Resolved issues leave the main list. Resolved History holds them, newest first, with Search resolved history and its own filters for Wash Bay/Area, Resolved By and Sort By.

Select See All Attention Items to come back.

NoteFiltering by Progress or Priority hides every older item, because those two fields only exist on newer issues. The list gets shorter for a reason you can't see on screen. Clear those two filters if something you expected has vanished.
Good to know
  • The list covers the location you're in. Switch sites with the location picker to see another wash's issues.
  • An issue reported through Report an Issue lands here the same as one raised during an inspection.
  • Filters stay applied as you move around, so check the chips above the list if the count looks wrong.

Common questions

Why did the list get shorter when I filtered?

You most likely set Progress or Priority. Those hide older items, so clear them and filter another way.

Where do resolved items go?

To Resolved History. Nothing is deleted when you resolve it.

Who can do this?

Anyone. Team Members see and work attention items too, though assigning and resolving are for Admins and Super Admins.
