Attention items missing after filtering

Attention items missing after filtering

Filtering by Progress or Priority hides older issues that were created before those fields existed. Clear the filter and they come back.

September 28, 2026

You filter All Attention Items by Progress or Priority and the list gets shorter than it should be. Older issues drop out, and the count in the left menu no longer matches what's on screen.

Why it happens

Progress and Priority were added to attention items later than the items themselves. Issues created before that don't carry either field, so a filter on one has nothing to match and leaves them out.

It isn't a permissions problem and nothing has been deleted. The items are still open, still counted in the left menu, and still on the unfiltered list.

How to get them back

To see the full list again:

  1. Select the Progress or Priority chip above the list to drop that one filter.
  2. Or select Filters, then Clear All Filters.

Filtering by Status, Wash Bay/Area, or Assigned To doesn't have this problem. Those fields exist on every item, old and new, so reach for them when you need the whole list.

How to tell an older item apart

An older item shows no Progress or Priority badge on its card, and it doesn't open a detail page when you select it. That's the same set of items a Progress or Priority filter hides.

If the count still looks wrong

The number beside All Attention Items in the left menu counts every unresolved issue at the location, ignoring whatever you've filtered or searched. A gap between that number and the rows on screen usually means a filter is still on, so check for chips above the list.
