Once a wash has fifty services on the books, the list is the hard part. The toolbar narrows it three different ways.
Open your services list
Select Service in the side menu. You land on this location's services, newest work first.
The toolbar holds Search services..., a Filters button, Hide Details to tighten the rows, Completion History to switch to work that's already done, and a toggle between List and Calendar.
Narrow the list
To filter your services:
- Select Filters.
- Set any of the five filters you need.
- Select Apply Filters.
Your choices show as chips above the list, so you can see what's applied without reopening the panel. Clear All Filters puts everything back.

Jump to a group of services
Some groups have their own view, so you don't have to build the filter each time: All, Past Due, Upcoming, Scheduled and Completed.
Completion History is the one people miss. Completed work leaves the main list, so a service you finished last month is there rather than gone.
See the month instead of the list
Switch the toolbar toggle from List to Calendar to see services on the dates they're due. It's the fastest way to spot a week with six services stacked on the Tuesday.
Search and the filters carry over, so a filtered list becomes a filtered calendar.
Good to know- Filters apply to the location you're in. Switching locations gives you that site's services with the filters still set.
- A completed service leaves the default list. Use Completion History rather than assuming it was deleted.
- Searching looks at the service name, not the instructions inside it.
Common questions
Why has a service disappeared from my list?
It's most likely completed. Select Completion History to see finished work, and check whether a filter chip is still applied.
Can I see services across all my locations at once?
No. The list is per location, so switch sites with the location picker at the top of the page.
Who can do this?
Anyone. Team Members see and complete services too, though creating and editing them is for Admins and Super Admins.
