Export on the Users and Roles page pulls your roster into a CSV—one file for active users, a separate one for deleted users. Handy when someone asks who has access to what.
What you'll need
- Super Admins and Admins can export. Team Members don't see Users and Roles.
Export your active users
To download the active roster:
- Select Settings > Users and Roles.
- Stay on the Active Users tab.
- Select Export.
- Select Export as CSV.
Export your deleted users
To download the deleted roster:
- Select Settings > Users and Roles.
- Select the Deleted Users tab.
- Select Export, then Export as CSV.
What's in each file

Good to know- The export ignores whatever you typed in the search box. You always get the whole company.
- Active Status reads Pending Setup for anyone who hasn't finished their account setup, and Active for everyone else.
- The on-screen table shows Last Active, which the export leaves out, and the export adds Phone, which the table leaves out.
Common questions
Can I export the users at one location only?
No. The file covers every user in your company and gives a location count rather than location names.
Who can do this?
Only Admins and Super Admins. Users and Roles isn't shown to Team Members.
Does exporting change anything?
No. It downloads a copy and leaves your user records exactly as they are.
