Every export WashUp offers, and where to find it—user lists, equipment lists, inspection history, services, and the week's schedule.
WashUp exports a list at a time rather than the whole account at once. Here's each one, where it lives, and who gets it.

What's in the user exports
The active list carries First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Role, Active Status, and Location Count. The Account Owner shows as Account Owner in the Role column rather than Super Admin, and anyone who hasn't finished setting up reads Pending Setup.
The Deleted Users file swaps the last three columns for Last Role, Deleted On, Deleted By, and Location Count. Both files are named for the day you pulled them.
Filters carry into the export
The inspection history export honors whatever you have filtered on screen—date range, who performed the run, and your search. Set the view up first, then select Export, and the file matches what you're looking at.
The schedule export works the same way with publishing: unpublished shifts are left out of the PDF, and WashUp warns you before it builds the file if there are any.
If you're closing your account
If you cancel, WashUp keeps your data. Sign back up or reactivate later and everything is right where you left it. Want a copy? Contact us and we'll help with an export.
- There's no single button that exports your whole account. Pull the lists you need one at a time, or ask support.
- A Team Member can print or export equipment and services, but not the user list or inspection history.
- The bay equipment CSV is built from the list you're looking at, so sorting or rearranging it first changes the file.
