The Employee Scheduler turns the week you're looking at into a one-page PDF: every employee, every published shift, and the hour totals.
What you'll need
- Available on the Bundle plan, or on a Custom plan that includes Employee Scheduler.
- Admins and Super Admins can export and print. The item isn't shown to Team Members.
Export the week as a PDF
To export a schedule:
- Select Schedule in the side menu, then Create Schedule.
- Use the arrows beside the date range to land on the week you want.
- Select Actions, then Export Schedule.
- Select Export to PDF.
- If Unpublished Shifts Detected appears, select Export Anyway, or cancel and publish first.
The PDF opens with the location name, the week's dates, and a row for each employee.
Print the week
To print a schedule:
- Select Actions, then Export Schedule.
- Select Print Schedule.
- Choose your printer in the print box that opens.
Good to know- The PDF carries published shifts and events only. Anything you haven't published is left out, which is what the Unpublished Shifts Detected warning is telling you.
- It covers one week—the one on screen. Move to another week and export again for the next one.
- The file is named for the dates it covers, so a stack of them stays in order.
Common questions
Who can do this?
Anyone who can open the schedule. Exporting doesn't change anything in WashUp.
Why is a shift missing from the PDF?
It isn't published. Exports carry published shifts and events only, which is what the Unpublished Shifts Detected warning is about.
Can I export a whole month at once?
No. An export covers the week on screen, so move to the next week and export again.
