Yes! You can create and manage separate schedules for each wash location inside your company. You can also filter by location, role, or team to ensure proper coverage, making this ideal for operators managing multiple sites.
Can I build schedules before showing them to my team?
Yes! You can make create and make as many adjustments as you'd like quietly behind the scenes and publish the schedule only when it’s finalized. Once published, all assigned employees receive a notification with the latest version.

No. WashUp’s Employee Scheduler is intentionally designed to stay simple and efficient for car wash operations. It helps you plan shifts, manage availability, and keep your team aligned, but it does not include punch-in/punch-out tools, payroll processing, or tracked work hours. This ensures fast, clean scheduling without the complexity of full HR systems.
Can employees see who they’re working with?
Absoulutly! Employees can view their own shifts along with who else is scheduled, where they’re assigned, and any events or breaks included in the workday. This improves team coordination and reduces confusion.
