What do the Red, Yellow, and Green statues mean for incidents?
Red = Under Review (Default for all newly created incident report forms), Yellow = In Progress (Incident report is currently in progress), Green = Resolved/Denied (Incident report was either Resolved or Denied)
What kind of details can I include in an incident report?
You can collect all the essential details, including the customer's name, email, and phone number, as well as the vehicle's VIN, license plate number, state of issue, year, make, model, and color. You'll also be able to log exactly where the damage occurred, the date and time of the incident, and include any supporting notes, photos, or videos—all in one organized report.
Can I submit an incident report from my phone?
Yes! You can complete and submit incident forms from any device.
Can I email the incident report to the customer?
Absolutely! You can send a copy of the report directly to the customer with just a few clicks.
Will I have a record of all past incidents?
