Incidents

Print or export an incident report

Select Actions, then Print or Export PDF. Both open a preview you can send to a printer or save as a PDF, with or without the activity timeline.

October 15, 2026

Your insurer wants the claim on paper, or the customer asks for a copy of what they signed. One page, everything on it.

What you'll need

  • Available on the Bundle plan, or on a Custom plan that includes Incidents.
  • Anyone who can open the claim can print it, Team Members included.

Print or save the report

To print an incident:

  1. Select Incidents in the side menu, then the claim.
  2. Select Actions.
  3. Select Print or Export PDF.
  4. Tick Exclude Timeline & Activity if you want the report without the history.
  5. Select Print / Save as PDF.
  6. Choose your printer, or save the file.

Print and Export PDF open the same preview. Which one you pick changes nothing.

What's on the report

The claim as it stands: the reference, then Customer Details, Vehicle Details and Incident Details exactly as the claim holds them, plus Resolution Details once there is something in it. The activity timeline follows, oldest first, with each note and the names of its attachments, unless you leave it out.

That makes it the document to send with an insurance claim, or to hand someone who wants to see the claim was handled properly.

Good to know
  • Print the report before you delete a claim. Deleting removes the claim, its notes and its photos, and there is no undo.
  • The report shows the claim as it is now, so close it out first if you want the resolution on the page.
  • Attachments are named on the report, not reproduced on it. Send the photos themselves if the other side needs to see them.

Common questions

Can I export all my claims at once?

No. Printing is one claim at a time. Use the list and its filters for an overview of what is open.

Does printing change anything?

No. It is a read, so nothing on the claim is altered and nothing is recorded on its timeline.

Does the legal disclosure appear on the report?

No. The report covers the claim's fields and its activity. The signed disclosure and the signature live on the claim itself.
