A manufacturer wants proof the reclaim tank was serviced on schedule. Print the service and you have it on one page.
Print or save a service
To export a service:
- Select Service in the side menu, then the service.
- Select Actions.
- Select Print or Export PDF.
- On the preview, select Print / Save as PDF.
- Choose your printer, or save the file.
Print and Export PDF open the same preview. Which one you pick changes nothing.
What's on the page
The service and its record: the equipment it belongs to, the schedule, the instructions, who it's assigned to, and the completion details with any notes and photos.
That makes it the document to send with a warranty claim, or to hand an inspector who wants to see the maintenance was actually done.
Good to know- Print the record before you delete a service. Deleting removes its history, including completed work, and there's no undo.
- The preview covers one dated service, not the whole schedule. Print each occurrence you need.
- The export shows the service as it stands now, so complete the work first if you want the completion on the page.
Common questions
Can I export my whole service list at once?
No. Printing is one service at a time. For a list of what's due, use the services list and its filters instead.
Who can do this?
Anyone who can see the service, Team Members included.
Does exporting change anything?
No. It's a read, so nothing on the service is altered and nothing is recorded on the timeline.
