Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
How to read it

A single record shown as a short list of labelled figures rather than a row in a table — a compact summary you can read top to bottom.

What this card shows
  • What exactly is outstanding right now?
  • Which items are the oldest or most overdue?
  • Who is each one assigned to?
Columns
  • Company — your company.
  • Total Users — how many users are assigned.
  • Users With Completions — how many users completed at least one.
  • Users With No Completions — how many users completed none.
  • User Engagement Rate % — the share of users who completed at least one.
Questions this answers
  • What exactly is outstanding right now?
  • Which items are the oldest or most overdue?
  • Who is each one assigned to?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Only eligible tasks count. Tasks that were never due in the window — upcoming or not yet scheduled — aren't part of the rate.
  • Only team members with activity appear. Someone with nothing to show for the period won't have a row.
Frequently ask questions
How is an engaged user counted?

A user is counted as engaged if they've completed at least one task. The rate is simply how many of your assigned users have done so.

Why is this a summary instead of a chart?

It's a single set of related figures rather than a trend or breakdown, so it reads best as a short summary you can take in at a glance.

Why can a small location show an extreme percentage?

Percentages swing hard on small numbers. A location with only a handful of records can read 0% or 100% on a single result, so read the rate alongside the count it's based on.
