Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
How to read it

One row per month. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.

‍

The percentage columns are the quickest read; the count columns next to them show the volume those percentages are based on.

What this card shows
  • Where do my tasks stand across the board?
  • Which rows need attention first?
  • What's driving the totals I see elsewhere on this tab?
Columns
  • Month — the calendar month, shown in each location's own time zone.
  • Eligible Tasks — how many tasks were due in the window.
  • Completed — how many were completed.
  • Completion Rate % — the share that were completed, as a percentage.
  • Completion Trend — how the completion rate moved from the prior month.
  • On Time — how many were completed on or before their due date.
  • On-Time Rate % — the share completed on or before their due date.
  • On-Time Trend — how the on-time rate moved from the prior month.
  • Late Gap (pts) — the gap in points between the completion and on-time rates.
Questions this answers
  • Where do my tasks stand across the board?
  • Which rows need attention first?
  • What's driving the totals I see elsewhere on this tab?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Only eligible tasks count. Tasks that were never due in the window — upcoming or not yet scheduled — aren't part of the rate.
Frequently ask questions
What does the trend column show?

It's the change from the previous month — whether the completion or on-time rate rose or fell, and by how much, compared with the month before.

Can I sort this table?

Yes — click any column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse. It's the fastest way to bring the highest or lowest values to the top.

Which time zone are the dates in?

Every date is counted in each location's own local time zone, not UTC — so a late-night action lands on the local calendar day, matching how your team experienced it.
