How to read it
One row per location. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.
The columns break the detail down so you can scan for what needs attention.

- Which of my locations leads on this, and which lags?
- Is the gap between locations widening or holding steady?

Columns
- Location — the name of each of your locations.
- Task Lists — how many task lists are set up.
- Routine Lists — how many of the lists are routine (recurring).
- Situational Lists — how many of the lists are situational (one-off).
- Total Tasks — the total number of tasks set up.
- Avg Tasks per List — the average number of tasks on a list.

Why your numbers might differ
- Only eligible tasks count. Tasks that were never due in the window — upcoming or not yet scheduled — aren't part of the rate.
