Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
How to read it

One row per company. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.

‍

The percentage columns are the quickest read; the count columns next to them show the volume those percentages are based on.

What this card shows
  • Where do my tasks stand across the board?
  • Which rows need attention first?
  • What's driving the totals I see elsewhere on this tab?
Columns
  • Company — your company.
  • Location — the name of each of your locations.
  • Task List — the task list it belongs to.
  • Type — the type of list.
  • Aging — how long the list or item has been around.
  • Templates — how many task templates the list has.
  • Tasks Completed — how many tasks were completed.
  • Completion Rate % — the share that were completed, as a percentage.
  • Last Activity — when the schedule's published shifts were last touched.

Questions this answers
  • Where do my tasks stand across the board?
  • Which rows need attention first?
  • What's driving the totals I see elsewhere on this tab?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Only eligible tasks count. Tasks that were never due in the window — upcoming or not yet scheduled — aren't part of the rate.
Frequently ask questions
What's the difference between a routine and situational list?

Routine lists recur on a schedule; situational lists are one-offs created as needed. This card counts both and labels which is which.

Can I sort this table?

Yes — click any column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse. It's the fastest way to bring the highest or lowest values to the top.

Why can a small location show an extreme percentage?

Percentages swing hard on small numbers. A location with only a handful of records can read 0% or 100% on a single result, so read the rate alongside the count it's based on.
