Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
How to read it
A grid: rows are one grouping, columns another, and each cell is where the two meet. Totals run along the edges.
Read across a row to compare one group over the columns, or down a column to compare across groups.
What this card shows
- Which locations are keeping up, and which are falling behind?
- Is completion improving month over month?
- Where are things being finished, but late?
Columns
- Sum of completed — the total number completed across the grouped rows.
- Sum of total_due — the total number that came due across the grouped rows.
- Average of completion_rate — the average completion rate across the grouped rows.
Questions this answers
- Which locations are keeping up, and which are falling behind?
- Is completion improving month over month?
- Where are things being finished, but late?
Why your numbers might differ
- Only eligible tasks count. Tasks that were never due in the window — upcoming or not yet scheduled — aren't part of the rate.
- Only team members with activity appear. Someone with nothing to show for the period won't have a row.
