Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
How to read it
One row per location. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.
The percentage columns are the quickest read; the count columns next to them show the volume those percentages are based on.
What this card shows
- Which locations are keeping up, and which are falling behind?
- Is completion improving month over month?
- Where are things being finished, but late?
Columns
- Location — the name of each of your locations.
- Team Member — the team member.
- Services Completed — how many services they completed.
- % of Location Total — this person's share of everything their location completed.
- First Completion — the date they first completed one.
- Last Completion — the date they last completed one.
Questions this answers
- Which locations are keeping up, and which are falling behind?
- Is completion improving month over month?
- Where are things being finished, but late?
Why your numbers might differ
- Completion is measured against the due date. A service done after its due date still counts as completed, but not as on-time.
- Only team members with activity appear. Someone with nothing to show for the period won't have a row.
