Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
How to read it

One row per location. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.

‍

The columns break the detail down so you can scan for what needs attention.

What this card shows
  • Which of my locations leads on this, and which lags?
  • Is the gap between locations widening or holding steady?
  • Where should I focus first?
Columns
  • Location — the name of each of your locations.
  • Week — the calendar week.
  • Week Label — a readable label for the week.
  • Status — the current status.
  • Shifts Published — how many shifts are published for the week.
  • Shifts in Draft — how many shifts are still in draft.
  • Hours Published — the scheduled hours the published shifts cover.
  • Likely Published — the best estimate of when the schedule was published.
  • Shifts Published in This Batch — shifts published together in the same publish action.
  • Last Activity — when the schedule's published shifts were last touched.
Questions this answers
  • Which of my locations leads on this, and which lags?
  • Is the gap between locations widening or holding steady?
  • Where should I focus first?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Your filters shape everything here. Narrowing the location or date range changes which records are counted, so two people with different filters set will see different figures.
  • Small numbers swing hard. When a figure is based on only a handful of records, one more or less moves it a lot.
Frequently ask questions
How does the card know a schedule was published?

There's no dedicated publish log, so this card infers it from when a week's shifts were first made visible together. It's a close estimate of the publish moment, not an exact stamp.

Can I sort this table?

Yes — click any column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse. It's the fastest way to bring the highest or lowest values to the top.

Which time zone are the dates in?

Every date is counted in each location's own local time zone, not UTC — so a late-night action lands on the local calendar day, matching how your team experienced it.
