How to read it
One row per location. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.
The columns break the detail down so you can scan for what needs attention.

Columns
- Location — the name of each of your locations.
- Bay — the wash bay the item belongs to.
- Equipment — the piece of equipment.
- Times Flagged — how many separate times it has been flagged.
- Critical — how many items are flagged Red (Critical).
- Needs Attention — how many items are flagged Yellow (Needs Attention).
- First Flagged — the date it was first flagged.
- Last Flagged — the date it was last flagged.
- Last Flagged Ago — how long since it was last flagged.
- Pattern — the pattern the repeated flags form.
- Recommended Action — a suggested next step.

Why your numbers might differ
- Your filters shape everything here. Narrowing the location or date range changes which records are counted, so two people with different filters set will see different figures.
- Small numbers swing hard. When a figure is based on only a handful of records, one more or less moves it a lot.
