What this card shows
- What exactly is outstanding right now?
- Which items are the oldest or most overdue?
- Who is each one assigned to?
Columns
- Name — the team member's name.
- Role — the team member's role.
- Location(s) — the location or locations they're assigned to.
- Invited — the date they were invited.
- Days Pending — how many days the invite has been outstanding.
- Invite Expires — when the invite expires.
- Invite Status — whether the invite is active or expired.

Why your numbers might differ
- Activity is based on last login. A team member counts as active if their most recent login falls inside the window, whether or not they did anything else.
