What this card shows
- What exactly is outstanding right now?
- Which items are the oldest or most overdue?
- Who is each one assigned to?
Columns
- Status — the current status.
- Service — the service.
- Location — the name of each of your locations.
- Equipment — the piece of equipment.
- Area — the area of the vehicle or site involved.
- Assigned To — the team member the item is assigned to.
- Due — the due date.
- Days Past Due — how many days past its due date it is.

Why your numbers might differ
- Completion is measured against the due date. A service done after its due date still counts as completed, but not as on-time.
