Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
How to read it

One row per assignee. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.

‍

The columns break the detail down so you can scan for what needs attention.

What this card shows
  • Who is carrying the most here?
  • Is the load spread evenly, or concentrated on a few people?
  • Who has gone quiet recently?
Columns
  • Assignee — the team member the item is assigned to.
  • Open Incidents — how many incidents are currently open.
  • Oldest Open (days) — the age in days of their oldest open item.
Questions this answers
  • Who is carrying the most here?
  • Is the load spread evenly, or concentrated on a few people?
  • Who has gone quiet recently?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Open incidents may be excluded. Where this card measures outcomes, only incidents that reached Resolved or Denied are counted — anything still Under Review or In Progress is left out.
  • Only team members with activity appear. Someone with nothing to show for the period won't have a row.
Frequently ask questions
How does an incident become assigned?

An incident is assigned when someone on your team is set as its owner. Until then it counts as unassigned, no matter how far along it is.

Can I sort this table?

Yes — click any column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse. It's the fastest way to bring the highest or lowest values to the top.

Why might my figure differ from a teammate's?

Filters travel with whoever's viewing. If you and a teammate have different locations or date ranges selected, each of you sees the figure for your own selection.
