Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
Date — sets the reporting window, based on when each incident was reported.
How to read it

The line tracks the value over time, one point per period. The slope tells you the direction; a steep run means fast change, a flat stretch means things held steady.

‍

Hover any point to read its exact value.

Questions this answers
  • Is this rising or falling over time?
  • Was there a month that broke the pattern?
  • How does the most recent period compare with the ones before it?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Dates use each location's own time zone. A late-night action is counted on the local calendar day, not in UTC, so periods line up with how your team actually experienced them.
  • Open incidents may be excluded. Where this card measures outcomes, only incidents that reached Resolved or Denied are counted — anything still Under Review or In Progress is left out.
Frequently ask questions
Which date puts an incident in a month?

Incidents are counted by when they occurred, in each location's own time zone — not when they were entered into the system.

Why does the latest point look low?

The most recent period is often still in progress, so its point reflects only part of the period. It rises as the period fills out.

Which time zone are the dates in?

Every date is counted in each location's own local time zone, not UTC — so a late-night action lands on the local calendar day, matching how your team experienced it.
