How to read it
Each slice is one assignment status. The size of a slice is its share of the whole, and all the slices together always add up to 100%.
Hover a slice to see the exact count behind it. Pie is best for seeing proportions at a glance — use the matching table if you need the precise numbers.

Why your numbers might differ
- Open incidents may be excluded. Where this card measures outcomes, only incidents that reached Resolved or Denied are counted — anything still Under Review or In Progress is left out.
