Columns
- Active today — how many users were active today.
- Active in the last 7 days — users whose last activity was within the last 7 days.
- Active in the last 30 days — users whose last activity was within the last 30 days.
- Inactive 30–90 days — users whose last activity was 30 to 90 days ago.
- Inactive 90+ days — users whose last activity was more than 90 days ago.
- Never logged in — users who have never logged in.

Why your numbers might differ
- Activity is based on last login. A team member counts as active if their most recent login falls inside the window, whether or not they did anything else.
