What this card shows

Columns

Company — your company.
Location — the name of each of your locations.
User — the team member.
Last Task Completed — when a task was last completed.
Days Since Last Completion — days since this person last completed one.
Activity Status — whether they count as active, based on recent completions.
Total Completions (All Time) — their all-time total completions.

Questions this answers

Why your numbers might differ

Only eligible tasks count. Tasks that were never due in the window — upcoming or not yet scheduled — aren't part of the rate.
Only team members with activity appear. Someone with nothing to show for the period won't have a row.
