How to read it
One row per service_name. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.
The columns break the detail down so you can scan for what needs attention.
What this card shows
- What exactly is outstanding right now?
- Which items are the oldest or most overdue?
- Who is each one assigned to?
Columns
- Service Name — the service.
- Equipment Name — the piece of equipment.
- Bay Name — the wash bay it belongs to.
- Completed By — the team member who completed it.
- Completed Local Date — the date it was completed, in the location's time zone.

Why your numbers might differ
- Completion is measured against the due date. A service done after its due date still counts as completed, but not as on-time.
